Coaching is an evolving alliance between a Coach and a Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and professional capability. It is established to enable the creation and growth of personal or professional goals and to develop and follow a plan for accomplishing those goals.


Coaching is not therapy, counseling, advice-giving, mental healthcare, or treatment for substance abuse or any addictive behavior. The Coach is not serving as a licensed mental health professional, therapist, or counselor, and coaching is not meant as a substitution for counseling, psychiatric mediations, treatment for mental illness, recovery from past abuse, professional medical advice, financial assistance, legal counsel, or other professional services.
